What We Stand For
At Mighty Mick’s Gym, our environment is what makes us the best Gym in the Hilliard area, and that has been our strong point since 2015. We realize that the most important thing to our members is a sense of community. Have you been to a gym where you feel you are being inspected by the people working out there? That doesn't happen at our place. We are a bunch of average people trying to get or stay healthy, and we encourage each other and care about each other. Our gym is a family type of environment that is not found in most gyms. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to working out or are just ready to take it to the next level. At Mighty Mick’s Gym, we will help you get where you want to go.
Workouts
Workouts are different every day and can be completed by anyone, regardless of fitness level.
Lots of body weight exercises
We use a lot of body weight exercises because it's difficult to be injured when you are moving only your body weight instead of heavy weights. Body weight allows for more repetition and greater weight loss.
Variety of movement
Because movements change each day boredom is eliminated, and over the course of a week you work each body part at least three times.
Indoor and outdoor activities help eliminate boredom.
Moving from inside to outside exercises helps keep things fresh.
